The upgrade from windows 10 on both my laptop as well as my desktop system did not install all the proper drivers for my hardware, after i installed it as an upgrade i wiped my installation and performed a clean installation of the operating system as well as all of my drivers with updated ones from my hardware manufacturer's websites. Windows 10 by default has many services that you may need to configure that are auto enabled when you install the operating system, and if you performed and upgrade from a previous version of Windows make sure you check all of your drivers or perform a clean installation of the operating system, as when ever you perform any operating system upgrade you may encounter errors from old driver files, the new operating system may use a different driver model then a previous operating system used
